Ingredients

  1. 1 cupFresh green gram/hara chana
  2. 1/4 bowlWhole dried milk/mawa
  3. 1/2 bowlSugar
  4. 1 cupMilk
  5. 2 tbspClarified butter
  6. 1/4 tspCardamom powder
  7. 1 tbspRaisins
  8. 1 tbspCrushed almonds
  9. 2 tbspCoconut powder
  10. 1Silver vark

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat clarified butter in a pan.

  2. 2

    Grind green gram coarsely and add in the pan.

  3. 3

    Stir constantly for 10 - 15 mins.

  4. 4

    Add sugar and milk and stir until thick consistency.

  5. 5

    Add whole dried milk/mawa and cardamom powder and mix well.

  6. 6

    Add raisins and crushed almonds and mix well.

  7. 7

    Pour the mixture in the bowl

  8. 8

    Garnish with almonds and silver vark
