Momo is a favourite oriental global dish which is relished all over the world.I ve tried to present it with an Indian twist.
Steps

Make a smooth dough with flour and salt.

Scrape the coconut and remove the husks.Chop the onions and spring onion leaves.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Add ginger garlic paste, chopped onions and spring onion leaves to it and stir fry.

When the masala starts smelling and the coconut to it.Stir fry till it dries out.

Make small balls out of the dough and roll out into small flat circles on a rolling board.

Fill each circle with coconut filling and fold into small piece dumplings.

Steam cook the dumplings in a momo steamer for half an hour.
- 8
Remove from the flame and serve hot with your favourite dip (tangy).
