Ingredients

  1. 1 kgpeeled small pieces of raw mango
  2. 1 kgsugar
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 100 gmgaram masala
  5. 1tumbler water
  6. 1 table spoonred chilli powder
  7. Kishmish, chuare
  8. Khada masala(8-10 laung, 2 small pieces dalchini,10-12 crushed

Steps

    Take wok and put all the above ingredients together

  2. 2

    Mix well by adding water

  3. 3

    Let it cook till the entire water dries

  4. 4

    Meetha raw mango is ready
