Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsDessicated coconut
  2. 100 gmsMilk Powder
  3. 1/2 Cupsugar
  4. 1 cupwater
  5. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  6. Golden dragees to decorate
  7. Choice of mould to give shape
  8. 1 tbspghee or clarified butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Make sugar syrup by boiling the water & sugar

  2. 2

    You need a one thread consistency

  3. 3

    Once done add the dry ings & mix well

  4. 4

    Pour in a plate & start giving the desired shape

  5. 5

    Use any choice of mould.
