Ingredients

  • 250 gmsDessicated coconut
  • 100 gmsMilk Powder
  • 1/2 Cupsugar
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  • Golden dragees to decorate
  • Choice of mould to give shape
  • 1 tbspghee or clarified butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Make sugar syrup by boiling the water & sugar

  2. 2

    You need a one thread consistency

  3. 3

    Once done add the dry ings & mix well

  4. 4

    Pour in a plate & start giving the desired shape

  5. 5

    Use any choice of mould.
