Steps

Dry roast 1 onion and coconut until slightly brown.

Add the roasted ingredients in blender along with coriander and chillies

Make a paste add little water if required

Marinate chicken with curd

Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan, add the chopped onion
- 6
Saute the onion till the turn golden brown in colour

Add salt,ginger/ garlic paste, turmeric powder,malvani masala,chicken masala and mix well

Add chicken mix well to coat evenly cover with a lid and let it cook for around 20 mins

Remove the lid add coconut paste and little water mix and cook 10 -15 mins this will cook the chicken completely

Serve hot with kombdi(rice) vade or rice
