Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and flour bundt cake pan. Whisk flour, salt, sugar and baking powder. Set aside. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy

Add the eggs one at a time and beating to combine

Alternate adding flour and milk and beating with electric mixer until well combined

The batter will become creamy and smooth. Add vanilla essence and beat some more

Add into the batter lemon zest and lemon juice. Gently fold in to combine

Pour batter into bundt pan, sprinkle with lemon zest place in oven at 180 °C. Bake 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
