Ingredients

4 people

1large onion
3 stickscelery
10cherry tomatoes
Quorn mince
Tomato purée
2 clovesgarlic

Steps

Chop and fry an onion in a pan with the quorn mince

Add in the tomatoes and celery roughly chopped

Crush the garlic and add it in

Fry until soft and add in the purée with some water and stir well. Leave to simmer for 15 minutes and serve with sautéed potatoes.
