Cooking Instructions

Sieve flour and salt into a bowl.make a well in the centre.

Drop in egg and half the milk,mix together.use wooden spoon or hand mixer.beat until smooth,add milk and mix well

In a pan put oil(drops),pour in enough batter to coat the bottom.

Fry until golden brown.flip over and fry the other side.

You can serve with sprinkled sugar and fleshly squeezed lemon or orange juice
