Ingredients

  • 1/2boneless chicken cubes
  • 300 gmshung curd
  • 3-4 tbspfresh cream
  • 1 tspwhite pepper powder
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1Juice of lemon
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 2 tbspmilk powder
  • 2 tbspmelted butter
  • 2 dropskewra essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash chicken cubes.

  2. 2

    In a mixing bowl combine the ingredients & let the chicken marinate for atleast 5-6 hrs minimum

  3. 3

    Now arrange the chicken cubes in wooden/ metal skewers.

  4. 4

    Grease a baking tray & arrange the skewers. Brush little oil on top. Bake in a preheated oven on 180c for 10-12 minutes or until done.

    Serve sizzling hot with malai gravy.
