Ingredients

  1. 3 pcschicken fillet
  2. 1onion cubed
  3. 1potato cubed
  4. 1tomato cubed
  5. 2carrots cubed
  6. 1/2 tbspfresh garlic
  7. 1 tspfresh ginger
  8. 1 tbspsalt
  9. 1 tbspolive oil
  10. 80 mlcoconut milk
  11. 1 tspcurry powder
  12. 1 tspchilli powder (optional)
  13. 1/2 cupwater
  14. 1 tsporange peel grated

Cooking Instructions

    Heat up oil on medium heat

  2. 2

    Add chicken and stir fry until brown

  3. 3

    Add onion. Stir fry for two minutes

  4. 4

    Add tomato, garlic & ginger. Stir fry for a minute

  5. 5

    Add curry powder, chilli powder and salt

  6. 6

    Add coconut milk. Mix well

  7. 7

    Add carrot, potato and water. Mix well

  8. 8

    Close lid and simmer on low-med heat for 25 minutes

  9. 9

    Mix grated orange peel for flavour and serve warm
