Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a pan pour the condenseld milk and butter. When the butter is melted add the gelatin.
- 2
With a rubber spatula keep whisking constantly so it doesn't get stuck in the bottom of the pan. After 10 min or so it'll start to become thick, take off the heat and pour into a plate. Refrigerate until it's cold.
- 3
Rub a little butter in your hands so you can turn them into balls without it sticking in your hands.
- 4
In a tapeware pour the sugar, then roll the balls to cover them with sugar. It's done!

Melty Chocolate Truffles Melty Chocolate Truffles
I've made various types of chocolate for Valentines day over the years, but this simple chocolate truffle was the most well-received so this has become the standard for our house over the past few years.A bento lunch box with a depth of 2 to 3 cm is best. Since fresh cream keeps it from getting too hard, I like putting it in the freezer. You can also store it in the freezer in zipper bags. When you want to eat it shake the bag to apply the cocoa powder. Recipe by Bi-jo cookpad.japan -
