Okro soup with periwrinkle and garri

Tasted peri wrinkle in a friend's house since then okro with peri wrinkle have been in my head.
So finally i made it and as usual hubby finished this full plate.

So finally i made it and as usual hubby finished this full plate.
Steps

Rinse the okro and cut.blend the crayfish and fresh pepper

Boil the beef and stock fish with onion,salt and maggi seasoning.

Top up more water to the boiled beef and stockfish for the soup.

Pour in the red oil and cover the pot.allow it to boil for 10-15minutes.

Put the crayfish and fresh pepper,salt and magg8 seasoning.

Cover and boil for 10minutes,de bone the smoked fish and add to the soup,pour in the okro,stir very well.

Wash and slice the vegetables pour in after 4 minutes.

Stir very well and the soup is ok.In a separate pot,boil the periwrinkle with little amount of water add salt to taste.Then pour inside the soup.

Pour hot water in a bowl,sprinkle the garri in it.

Allow it to cool for 5minutes then turn with a spartula.
