Ingredients

15 minutes
10-12 servings
  • 2 lbGround Beef
  • 2 Packetsfavorite Taco Seasoning
  • 2 (15 oz)can Pinto Beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1yellow/white onion, diced
  • 3medium tomato, deseeded & diced
  • 1 headlettuce, chopped
  • 1 bagnacho cheese tortilla chips
  • 1 bottleoriginal Catalina dressing

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Brown ground beef in medium skillet

  2. 2

    Drain and add taco seasoning packets. Follow specificed instructions for making taco meat.

  3. 3

    Remove from heat and let cool

    Prep the lettuce, tomato, beans, onion.

    Crush up the tortilla chips into smaller chunks

  6. 6

    In a large bowl mix together all ingredients

    Serve and enjoy!

    **TIPS: This makes alot. Like.. mix it in a huge bowl. The chips will get soggy if not eating it all that day. Leave the chips out and add in as you go.
