5 -7 minutes

For two

1/2of a lemon
3/4 kgbeef steak
2 tbsphoney
4small clove of ginger
to tasteSalt
Cayenne pepper
1 tbssoy sauce
Rosemary for garnishing

Have your ingredients gathered then. Make sure your beef steak is well cut

Marinate with the ingredients listed above and let it rest for two hours or more to get the flavour. Then pan fry

Garnish using rosemary and tomato rose. Enjoy!
