Steps

Soak rava in water

Heat karahi and add ghee

Add sugar in it

Cook it till it get melt and become thick liquid

Add soked rava in the sugar liquid all at a time and keep whisk fast

Then cook it to reduce it to thick paste

Then remove it from kadhai

Then grease the plate with ghee

Demolde on the plate

Give shape and let it cool

Cut into barfi shape, garnish and serve
