Ingredients

  • 250fresh paneer
  • 1 cuponion paste
  • 1 bowltomato puree
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1green chilli
  • 1 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 tsppaneer masala
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • to tastesalt
  • as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok add onion paste and saute till change in colour.

  2. 2

    Add chopped green chilli and tomato puree and saute it.

  3. 3

    Now add all dry masale and saute till leave the oil.

  4. 4

    Add some water and boiled this gravy.

  5. 5

    Add cubed paneer and cook for 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve with roti/naan
