Heat the oil in a pan.Fry the onion till translucent.Add garlic, spinach, season with salt and pepper, paprika.Add the grated cheese.Mix and keep aside. This will be the stuffing for the roulade.

Bring a pot of water to boil.Take 4 square pieces of cling film and place each breast in the middle. Place the stuffing on each one of them and individually wrap and roll each breast and tie each end.

Place the wrapped breast fillets into the simmering water for 10mins.

Remove the wrapped breast fillets and place onto a cooling tray.

Melt the butter in a pan.Add the chicken roulade and fry till golden brown.

Once cooled, place them on a chopping board and slice each roulade.

Serve.
