Ingredients

  • 1 cupkimchi
  • 1 TbspKorean chili paste (gochojang)
  • 1 Tbspsugar
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 servingBuckwheat noodles
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • 1 Tbspsesame oil
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • Korean pear, sliced
  • to tasteGreen onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the noodles.

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients except cucumber, pear and green onion

  3. 3

    Rinse noodles with cold water. Noodles should be cold.

  4. 4

    Put the kimchi, sauce, cucumber, pear, green onion and sesame seed on top of noodles!
