Steps

Mash avocado in large bowel, a potato masher works great!

Chop: onion, tomato, and cilantro, and mince the garlic
- 3
Mix all ingredients in bowl and squeeze whole lime, add salt to taste.
- 4
If storing, wrap with plastic wrap, press wrap onto the surface of the guacamolé so that no air between the two (keeps from browning)
