Papdi..... in a bowl mix sooji maida salt then add water to make dow after dow preparef keep it to rest for 15 mints... then make small balls out of the dow, flaten the balls through rolling pin....put some dots in the flaten balls with the help of fork..

Heat the oil...

Fry the paapdis keep them aside to be cool down...in a bowl mash the potatoes add onion,green chilli, salt,chat masala imli chutney mix them well..

Then take a serving plate put the paapdis all over the plate add the potato mixture over it add curd,imili chutney,green chutney,some chopped onion &bhujiya sev...it's ready
