Ugali, Spinach and smoked fish

Ingredients

  1. 3 bunchesspinach
  2. 1 pcmedium sized onion - diced
  3. 2 pclarge tomatoes - blended
  4. 1large capsicum (hoho) - sliced
  5. Smoked fish
  6. 3 cupsmaizemeal flour
  7. Water
  8. Pinchsalt
  9. Oil for cooking

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Bring to boil water in a sufuria. Add some oil and pour a small quantity the flour. Stir well to remove any lumps formed. Gradually add flour and stir until firm. Once cooked, plate it.

    Cook in some little oil the onions until brown. Add the tomatoes and pinch of salt and cook for 5 minutes. Add the cut spinach and capsicum.

    Serve the smoked fish, ugali and kachumbari or tomato slices
