JARDALOO SALLI MURG is( Chicken cooked with apricots ) a very delicious Parsee dish . This unique dish is a true Parsi cuisine , Classic ..... Using cubs of any meat of choice and persion touches like apricots , red vinegar and sugar along with blend of mouthwatering Indian spices and aromatics .
Steps

Soak the apricots in one cup of boiling water till they are soft.

Heat oil in a pan add green cardamom and cinnamon and saute till fragrant.

Add the onion and saute for 2 minutes. Add the ginger and garlic paste and continue to saute.

Add the tomatoes and fry well.

Now add the Chicken pieces and fry well.

Then add the turmeric powder and red chilli paste mix well now add one cup of water. Mix properly then add the sugar.

Cover and cook till the chicken is almost done. Add the apricots and simmer for two minutes.

Add the vinegar and simmer for five minutes or till the chicken is cooked completely.

Transfer the chicken into a serving dish, garnish with the potato salli.

Serve JARDALOO SALLI MURG is Bread, Plain Rice or Chapaties are excellent accompaniment.
