Ingredients

  1. 2 cupflour,1cup of fresh grated coconut, 1spbaking powder,1egg,pinch of salt,1/2 cup of sugar,2tspmilk,1tsp of coconut oil,1/2tsp of Ginger juice,5tsp of cold water and vegetable oil to fry

Steps

    In a dry bowl, combine all ingredients and mix,add water little at a time till you get a soft not sticky dough,then cut and fry on a heated oil till golden brow.
