Tumeric Rice and peas stew

Boil 3,1/4 cups of water for the rice

Add salt, tumeric and a tbs of cooking oil.

Add the washed rice and cover with a lid at a low heat.

And it's ready to be served as dry.

Slice the onions.

Shallow fry the onions in a sauce pan

Add the washed peas

And Fry the peas to the sauce pan and cover with a lid, till they start bursting.

Add the diced potatoes

And fry them and cover with a lid

Add the tomatoes and salt, stir and let them be cooked.

Add some boiled water and let them boil for a while coved with a lid.

And its ready to be served.
