Mix all dry ingredients.

In a separate bowl mix the eggs and margarine. Then mix the wet and dry ingredients together. Add milk and start kneading. Divide half of the dough into two making a total of 3 doughs.

Add food colour to two doughs, the smallest add red food colour, the the other one add green

Let the doughs proof for 30 minutes.

After proofing roll the red dough, add raisins then fold and roll again. Place on top of the White spreded dough and fold

Roll the green dough and place the white folded dough on top then fold, brush the dough with egg wash and let it proof again for 15 minutes.

Then place it in the oven and bake for 25 minutes @180°.
