Boil the chicken with onion,salt,curry,thyme and knorr seasoning for 20minutes.

Allow the chicken to cool.mix curry,thyme and knorr seasoning in a bowl and rub on the chicken then place in the oven and grill for 20minutes in low heat,turning both sides to grill well.

Wash and cut the carrots and green pepper,heat up vegetable oil and fry both for 1minute

Parboil the rice for 15minutes,wash and boil again with the stock from the chicken for 5minutes.

Heat up vegetable oil,pour in the rice,add the seasoning,curry,salt and knorr seasoning.

Stir and cut the fresh pepper and green beans and drain the water from the sweet corn and pour inside the rice.mix very up and turn off the heat.
