Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgchicken breast diced
  • 4red bell pepper Julianne
  • 5 stickcarrot julianne
  • 1 tspgarlic and ginger paste
  • 4fresh pepper chopped
  • 1onions diced
  • 1cksp vegetable oil
  • to tastesalt
  • 2knorr cube
  • dashcurry

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate diced chicken breast with salt, knorr cube, little pepper, little garlic and ginger paste,onions and set in the fridge till you are ready to cook

  2. 2

    Heat up frying pan and once its hot, add chicken breast then fry for about 4 minutes, then add onions stir then add garlic and ginger paste

  3. 3

    After stiring for another 2minutes, add pepper, salt, knorr cube, curry powder

  4. 4

    Add carrot and red bell pepper stir and turn off heat after 2 minutes

  5. 5

    Serve sauce with rice, pasta or any other choice

  6. 6
