Take a plate of choice to prepare the assembling

Put the boiled pasta in the plate

Add the carrots, around the pasta put the beetroot

Arrange the sliced cucumber around,like a border

Secure the salad wuth a long sprig of spring onion

Now mix the dressing ings & slowly pour over the salad

Garnish with corriander & mint
