Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlboiled pasta
  2. 1beetroot chopped in big chunks & boiled
  3. 1sliced cucumber
  4. 1small carrot grated
  5. Corriander & mint for garnish
  6. Dressing of Olive oil,salt,black pepper crushed,lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a plate of choice to prepare the assembling

  2. 2

    Put the boiled pasta in the plate

  3. 3

    Add the carrots, around the pasta put the beetroot

  4. 4

    Arrange the sliced cucumber around,like a border

  5. 5

    Secure the salad wuth a long sprig of spring onion

  6. 6

    Now mix the dressing ings & slowly pour over the salad

  7. 7

    Garnish with corriander & mint
