Take hung curd in a Bowl and add red chilli powder, garam masala or kitchen king powder, salt, chat masala, lemon juice, garlic paste, gram flour, orange colour and mix well.

Add diced capsicum, tomatoes and onion in a merination with pasta and keep it in a fridge for 1 hour.

Heat pan add 1 tbs of butter in it and add pasta in pan and cook it for 4-5 min on medium-high high flame. Keep stirring it..

Now remove it from gas. Take smallpiece 9f charcol and put it on high flame till it turns red. Place it in a centre of pasta. Pour some melted butter and cover the pan with a lid to give it a smokey effect.
