20 mlmilk
20 gmgeletten

Soaked pistachio.

Make egg custard on double boiler.

Make a fine paste of soaked pistachio.

Finely whipped whipping cream.

Add pistachio paste,egg custard and saocked geletten together.

Freeze for 1hour.

Served and enjoy.
