Ingredients

2 servings

1 tablespoonvegetable oil
1/2medium onion
1 poundsmoked ham hocks deboned and defatted
1 tablespoonmolasses
2 tablespoonschili powder
1 tablespooncayenne based hot sauce
1/2 teaspoongarlic pepper blend
1 cupmustard
1/2 cupketchup
1/4 cupwhite wine vinegar
1 tablespoonworcestershire sauce
1 canmixed pinto and northern beans (15oz)

30 mins

Saute onion and ham hocks in oil

Add remaining ingredients except beans and simmer on low 15- 20 mins

Add beans and simmer about 10 minutes
4

Add water or beer as necessary to obtain desired consistency
