  • 6boneless chicken breasts
  • 1Red Bell Pepper
  • 1onion
  • 1/2 boxchicken stock
  • 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  • 3 tablespoonspeanut butter
  • 1 tablespoonlime juice
  • Green onion (optional)
  • to tasteCilantro
  • a fewroasted peanuts
  • 1 boxbrown rice

  1. 1

    Put all of it in Slow Cooker (except brown rice) on medium for 5 hours. At 4 hours put on high.

  2. 2

    Cook brown rice.

  3. 3

    Put chicken over brown rice.
