Par boil the macaroni and drain in a sieve

Parboil the chicken breast for 5mins, then add the dices peppers, onions soya sauce and salt

Add the coconut milk and taste for seasoning
- 4
Add the diced sausages and stir
- 5
Allow to cook for 5 minutes then add little corn flour to thicken a bit and cover to cook for 3 minutes
