Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 cupFusilli Pasta
  • 1Sweet ripe mango
  • 10Mint leaves
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 1 tspGinger garlic chilli paste
  • 1 tbspHoney
  • 1 tbspCheese
  • 1 tbspCream

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil pasta for 15- 20 min in water adding 1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp oil till tender.Cool it in a flowing water.

  2. 2

    Make puree of ripe mango.Muddle the mint.

  3. 3

    Mix pasta in mango puree.Add crushed ginger garlic chilli paste.

  4. 4

    Add honey,salt and muddled mint.

  5. 5

    Add cheese and cream before serving and mix well.

  6. 6

    Serve it cool.
