Refrigerate the Whipped cream packet for a minimum of 12 hours then pour in a chilled glass bowl and whip until peaks form.

Add the two cans of condensed milk in the whipped cream and fold gently. Do not stir Vigorously as this will disperse the air that was whipped in.

Divide into two equal portions in two plastic containers. In the first container fold in the chocolate shavings. Fold strawberry essence and food colour in the 2nd plastic container.

Freeze for 6hours or overnight and enjoy.
