Ingredients

  1. 1 litrePurratos Whippack Whipping cream
  2. 2cans(780gm) of Sweetened condensed milk
  3. Dairyland(grated) Dark chocolate
  4. 5 mlsStrawberry essence
  5. 2 DropsRed AMERICOLOURS food colour

Steps

  1. 1

    Refrigerate the Whipped cream packet for a minimum of 12 hours then pour in a chilled glass bowl and whip until peaks form.

  2. 2

    Add the two cans of condensed milk in the whipped cream and fold gently. Do not stir Vigorously as this will disperse the air that was whipped in.

  3. 3

    Divide into two equal portions in two plastic containers. In the first container fold in the chocolate shavings. Fold strawberry essence and food colour in the 2nd plastic container.

  4. 4

    Freeze for 6hours or overnight and enjoy.
