Olive oil/Veg oil
Salt
Lime/lemon juice

Pit your avocado and remove the stone. Cut it into chunks and drizzle some lemon juice.

Remove the seeds from your tomatoes and cut it.

Mix the two in a bowl, sprinkle some salt, lemon juice and oil.

Serve on the side.
