Collect ingredients and combine in cooker.

Chop the cabbage, cauliflower, and potatoe. Add 1.5 cups of water

Add turmeric and salt and cook for 10-15 minutes

After cooked (3 to 4 min after whistle) let cool and open. Mash to desired consistency with potatoe masher.

In a seprate pan, heat 1 tbsp butter, oil, and 1 tsp garlic (and onion if desired). Add 3 tbsp tomato sauce, 3 heaping tsp of pav masala, 1 scoop pf turmeric and red marchu, and large pinch of salt.

Add mashed vegetable and add 1/8 cup water. Add salt (needs a lot) and pav masala to taste.
