Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/2 poundhotdogs
  2. 1/4 cupvegetable oil
  3. 2 1/2tablespoonful of honey
  4. 2 1/2tablespoonful of barbecue sauce, your favorite
  5. 1 1/2teaspoonful of yellow prepared mustard
  6. 1/3 cupshredded extra sharp cheddar cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Split hotdogs lengthwise but don't cut all the way thru. Open it like a book.

  2. 2

    Heat oil and fry till brown and crispy.

    Move to paper towels, to absorb excessive oil.

  4. 4

    Drizzle honey, barbecue sauce, mustard on top

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with cheese.

  6. 6
