  • 2 tablespoonsfinely chopped cilantro leaves, divided
  • 2 teaspoonsfinely chopped onions, divided
  • 2 teaspoonsminced jalapeno, divided
  • 1 cloveminced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoonkosher sea salt
  • 2large avocados
  • 2 teaspoonslime juice

    In a medium bowl, mix the cilantro, onions, jalapeno, garlic, and salt

  2. 2

    Add avocados and mash with fork until chunky smooth.

    Stir in lime juice. Taste and adjust before serving.
