Steps

Take besan in a bowl add curd,ajwain and 1/2 of all the powdered masale and make soft dough

Now divide in small balls and roll them

Now boil water in a pan add these besan sticks for 10 mins. Now remove them from water and cut them in 1/2 inch pieces.

Now heat oil in a vessel add hing and jeera then add paste of onion and ginger,garlic and fry them add all the remaining masale.

Now add tomatoe puree and mix them add gatte and fry them then add a cup of water and boil.

Delicious sabji is ready serve with roti or rice.
