In a pan heat ghee and roast oats for 2 minute on low flame.

In another pan heat milk on medium flame.

When it starts to boil then add roasted oats, sugar. Cook it on low flame for 10-15 minutes.

Now add dry fruits, saffron strands and cardamom powder. Mix it and cook for another 5 minutes.

Off the flame and let be cool it completely.

Now add mango puree and mix it.

Refrigerate it for 5-10 minutes.

At serving time garnish with some mango slices and rose petals.
