Ingredients

3 servings
  • 500 mlfull cream milk
  • 3 tbspoats
  • 1/4 cupsugar or according to taste
  • 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  • 1/4 cupmango puree
  • 1 tbspghee
  • 1/2 tbspchopped dry fruits (pistachio+almond)
  • 4-5saffron strands
  • As needed slices of mango for garnish
  • as needed dry or fresh rose petals for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan heat ghee and roast oats for 2 minute on low flame.

  2. 2

    In another pan heat milk on medium flame.

  3. 3

    When it starts to boil then add roasted oats, sugar. Cook it on low flame for 10-15 minutes.

  4. 4

    Now add dry fruits, saffron strands and cardamom powder. Mix it and cook for another 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Off the flame and let be cool it completely.

  6. 6

    Now add mango puree and mix it.

  7. 7

    Refrigerate it for 5-10 minutes.

  8. 8

    At serving time garnish with some mango slices and rose petals.
