  • 310 mlsugar
  • 250 mlfresh milk
  • 30 mllemon juice
  • 3eggs
  • 10 mlgrated lemon rind
  • 50 gbutter
  • 375 mlflour
  • 5 mlbaking powder
  • 5 mlbicarbonate of soda

Steps

35minutes
  1. 1

    Beat butter and sugar

  2. 2

    Add eggs,milk,Lemon juice and lemon rinds

  3. 3

    Add flour, baking powder bicarbonate of soda and mix well combined

  4. 4

    Pour mixture into a baking paper lined 20cm round cake tin and bake for 35min at 180'c

  5. 5

    When cold dust with sifted icing sugar
