First, wash the ground beef and place it in a colander to remove all the water and dry the meat. Put the meat in a clean bowl.

Meanwhile, chop the onion, tomato, bell pepper, and cilantro. Add them to the meat.

Then add the eggs, breadcrumbs, and a little flour. Mix well to combine everything. Finally, add salt.

Place the meat in two plastic bags and shape it into a circle or oval with your hands. Add the ham and then the Oaxaca cheese, closing both sides so neither the cheese nor the ham escapes. Once well sealed, wrap it with bacon.

Now, heat your oil well to fry the meat pockets. (Make sure they fry well and lift the bacon slightly to fry the part of the meat covered by the bacon. That's how I did it)...
