Ingredients

10 minutes
4 servings
  1. 500 gramsground beef
  2. 50 gramsdill, chopped (suit the amount to your liking)
  3. 2 tspchopped lemon zest
  4. 2 tspsalt
  5. 1 tspground black pepper
  6. 1/2 cupbread crumbs
  7. 1egg
  8. 1 tbspoil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except oil and knead well.

  2. 2

    If the mixture is too thick, add an egg. If it is too mushy, add bread crumbs.

  3. 3

    Form patties. Heat the oil in a pan. With medium heat, pan-fry the patties and flip after a couple of minutes or so.
