Ingredients

  1. 1 kgbaingan
  2. 3 tbspoil
  3. 1 tspcumin seeds
  4. 3medium onions chopped
  5. 2chopped green chillies
  6. 2 tspred chillies
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 4large Tomatoes taste

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the baingan and roast them

  2. 2

    U can cool them by dipping them in a water. Remove skin and mash the pulp completly. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds cook for half a mins and add onion and saute until.

    Add ginger and green chillies and cook for a mins add red chilli powder and mashed roasted..cook for 7-8 mins over medium heat stirring continuously

    Add salt to taste..add tomatoes and cook on medium heat for 7-8 mins or till oil separates

    Garnish for chopped coriander leaves and serve hot
