Oats Idli
Steps

Roast the oats and then blend to a coarse powder.

Take a pan and dry roast the semolina.

Now add powdered oats and roasted semolina with curd in a bowl.

Add salt and required water to make idli batter.
- 5
Last add baking soda and mix well and then pour the batter in idli moulds and steam it for 10 mins.

Serve the idlis with chutney.
