In a Bowl take 2 cups of hung curd(keep in cheese cloth for 2 hrs to waiter drained completely)

In a grinder grind chana. But should not make a powder..there shuld be crumbs.

In a bowl add hung curd, poha, grinded chana, garlic and chilli paste, salt, kitchen king powder, chatmasala and mix well

Take pan and add 2-3 tbs oil. Make small kebabs from mixer and shallow fry the kababs on medium flame till it turns golden..
