In a bowl, take flour and add salt(1/4 tsp) apprx

Then knead a soft dough with the help of water.

Keep aside for 15 minute

Then take a ball out of it and roll it flat round on a clean platform with thickness of 4 mm, then apply desi ghee generously and fold it in half, again apply desi ghee and make it a quarter..

Then put all three corners together and make a round ball from it..

Now roll it round(slightly thick tgan the normal rotis) again with light hands..

Heat the tawa and put ur roti over there when it get hot..

After 15 second take ur roti off on ur work platform and keep ur cooked side downward..

Then with the help of back side of ur spoon (handle) make ripples by pressing it lightly on uncooked side of ur roti..

Then on a hot tawa cook the remaining side of ur roti.. then cook on a gas directly from both side untill golden brown..

It should b kept in mind that this roti should not get puff... Bcz we already makes grooves with spoon over there..

Then apply desi ghee generously over it when it is hot...

Serve it hot with ur daal or sabjis...
