Assemble all the required ingredients

Trim of the outer leaves of the cabbage

Carefully cut the cabbage into quarters

Remove the stalk

Wash the cabbage quarters

Shred the cabbage into thin strips

Drain the cabbage

Peel the onions

Wash the onions and cut them into spirals

Partly blanch the onions

Peel the carrots and wash them

Cut the carrots into thin strips

In a bowl, mix in the shredded cabbage, the stripped onions and the carrots

Add in the vinaigrette. Mix well

Then add in the yoghurt or mayonnaise
